SBK has an art rental and gallery branch. The SBK galleries organize about 24 exhibitions a year with work from up-and-coming talent to renowned artists. Sometimes we purchase work from these exhibitions for the SBK collection.
Each gallery has its own focus. Gallery 23 Contemporary African Art focuses on artists from Africa, the Caribbean and Surinamee and Gallery 1 focuses on up-and-coming talent.
You can buy art through the SBK galleries with our interest-free installment scheme or with the KunstKoop scheme of the Mondriaan Fund. Customers who have built up collection credit while renting may pay 25% of the purchase amount with collection credit when purchasing a work via the gallery.

In addition to organizing exhibitions, SBK Gallery annually participates in various Dutch art fairs, such as the KunstRai and the Affordable Art Fair (AAF). There we mainly show work by young, up-and-coming talent.

A permanent part of the exhibition program is the annual SBK Sprouts Young Talents, a unique and large-scale retrospective exhibition with work by the best graduates of the Dutch art academies. A great opportunity to see the best talent from hundreds of graduates from the 11 leading academies under one roof. Stay tuned for the next Sprouts!
